The Fayetteville State University Police Department is committed to providing a safe campus community.  If you know of a crime or wish to report suspicious activity, you can submit information anonymously by completing and submitting the following form.

Immediate threats, such as a crime in progress or a person that is acting in a manner that is threatening to themselves or to others, should be reported to the Fayetteville State University Police Department by calling 1911 from any campus telephone or 910-672-1911 from any telephone.  You will not be required to provide your name.
